Summary:
VERO is an AI‑enabled form assistant built to align with plain‑language and accessibility standards. It guides folks from all walks of life through forms that prevent progress, offers contextual level input and output comprehension, dialect level language support, validates entries in real time, and lets users save progress without losing data. Its goal is to effectively tear down of barriers to equitable access.
Results
-
User Confidence: Test participants reported the guided flow “removed the guesswork.”
-
Language Access: Parents cited the instant Spanish toggle as “essential to finishing the form.”
-
Error Prevention: Early checks flagged missing items before submission, lowering resubmission anxiety.
Next Iteration: Testing showed document‑upload instructions need to surface earlier; an upfront checklist is planned, alongside a variety of interface access-points.
