Hello Hiring Team,

I’m Christopher Zampini - 8+ years of hands-on work across construction, manufacturing, and recently UX research and design. That mix taught me how to adapt fast, solve real-world problems, and speak plainly with any audience which varied from job-site crews to senior stakeholders.

What I bring

• User-first mindset: Recent UX projects include VERO, an AI form assistant built around federal plain-language guidelines, and field research at Jones Beach Theater that turned crowd-control headaches into actionable design fixes.

• Rapid learning curve: New tool? New domain? I ramp up quickly, ask the right questions, and iterate without ego and with a hyper-fixation to perform.

• Proven work ethic: Years spent learning the many roles that give insights to how various industries mean I can bridge gaps between teams, anticipate roadblocks, and deliver solutions that work in the real world.

What I’m looking for

A team that values clear thinking, research based design and remote work. I’m ready to dive in, absorb everything, and deliver usable results from day one.
